The Story Behind the Song

Episode 1 begins the Balikbayan Box story series. Late at night, a mother carefully packs gifts for her family back home. Coffee, clothes, chocolates, and necessities fill the box one item at a time. While others may only see gifts, there is something much deeper being sent. This opening chapter introduces a story of sacrifice, distance, family, and love that cannot be measured by what fits inside a box.
